What the fuck is Breakbone?
Breakbone is the Brisbane music scene without any of the fluff or extra shit smeared all over it. It's raw. It's savage. And it doesn't give a fuck about who gets pissed off. Breakbone includes narrative style reviews of all things music relates from a personal perspective, uncut interviews with bands, and scene news, all in one place. If you like details, exaggerated humour and bluntness, this is for you.
Why the name?
Because why not? Breakbone is the translation of the name of Brisbane, comprised of Gaelic "bris" and Old English "bane". It represents its audience, and it represents the ethos of Breakbone.
Can I print them out and do whatever I want with them?
Fuck yes. Go ahead mate. Just don't make more money off this than I do. I'm kidding. Since the start of this project I've made barely anything off it. It's a passion project, so sharing it in any way means a lot to me. I've got printable posters if you want them, so shoot me a DM.

Hey guys, sorry for the previous comments I made regarding ramp kids. I did not know the full implications or meaning of "rampie", and what I said was not only about the wrong people to begin with, but using a word that's used to refer to a certain group of people in the scene. I originally intended for the latest story to ask if ramp is dead, considering how from what I've been told, ramp is dead. From what people have since told me, ramp never died.
I'm new to experiencing the scene instead of just watching from outside, so I tend to get some stuff wrong with the hodge podge that's spread around. Thanks for letting me know and informing me.
