Breakbone: So, I'm here with Arran McKenzie from Piss Off, who's about half drunk right now. Piss Off have a new album coming out.
What's it like? Is it going to be rock and roll?
Arran: Um... No, it's very variety. It's very variety of albums. It's a very variety of an album.
You know, lots of different genres.
Breakbone: What inspired you to write LA Alley Woman?
Arran: Well, you don't want to ask that in front of everybody.
Breakbone: Like, you go like, LA Alley Woman.
Arran: Yeah, do just that. Basically, there's this guy I really admire called Cliff.
He worked at a cigarette factory. I just thought it sounded cool, so I decided to do it.
Breakbone: And... How did you learn guitar? You went to Brisbane Grammar School.
Arran: No. That was something we made up.
Breakbone: You went to Brisbane Grammar School, mate.
Arran: Oh, my god.
Breakbone: I saw your Twitter pictures.
Arran: No, that was the troll that impersonated me.
Breakbone: You're joking.
Arran: No, I'm not. This is why you can't post things anywhere.
Breakbone: So, how do you feel about your new album?
Arran: It's good. We grew up and people like it. It's good.
